I have a degree in Computer and Mathematical Sciences. I started, scaled and sold a 150 person global technology consultancy that offered bespoke business solutions to organizations driving their financial success and growth.
After selling my company, I moved to Puerto Rico and began constructing my dream home. During that process, I realized just how similar the home construction build process was to creating sophisticated technology business solutions.
I now integrate all these experiences and put them towards building properties in Puerto Rico for clients and my own portfolio.
I have also owned and operated a portfolio of half a dozen rental properties over the last two decades.

Yes, I speak both Spanish and English. I am first generation from the US (NYC), but spent my whole life traveling to Puerto Rico on a regular basis to visit family.
I now reside full time in Puerto Rico in a beautiful home I built on land that has been in my family for multiple generations.
I put my personal and professional background to work for you. Building in Puerto Rico requires more than just a translator; it requires a guide. Puerto Rico has it’s own set of values and individual culture and building here is not easy, especially if you are not intricately familiar with it.
It’s this unique integration of my connection with Puerto Rico, my consulting success abroad and my direct experience building in Puerto Rico that I combine to create a build process for my clients that is more of an experience, than just a service.

No, I do not have any licenses in structural engineering, electricity, plumbing, etc.
My role is not to replace the specialists necessary in these fields.
My role is to enhance your interaction with these experts and work to minimize issues by raising awareness early on to all the nuances that may come back to bite you later on down the road with the construction process.
Simply put, I help advise you on how to get the most and best possible out of your team.

Pricing is specific to your unique project. Based on the complexity of your build, and the extent of how you would like for me to be engaged, we will come up with an agreement.
We will ensure that there is clear value targeted that will exceed my fees.

Yes! I partner with a local licensed realtor to provide all, or any, of the following services:
Market research and property ROI evaluations
Property purchase and sales process
Permitting and all administrative tasks
Design and schematics, including infrastructure and finishes
Full construction oversight, from start to finish
Detailed accounting and P&L management
We can make it as simple as investors reviewing and signing off on a project at the start, and then coming back in at the end to collect the profit! And investors are always welcome to dig into the details anywhere along the process they may like.
